Technical Skills:
Strong communication skills combined with Strong Customer facing capabilities is a key requirement for this position
Previous experience in APRM
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work in demanding multi tasking and multicultural environment
Knowledge of using and maintaning application tools
Telco industry experience
Knowledge in C, Unix/scripting, PL/SQL
Knowledge in using TOAD, writing SQL queries
Strong J2EE skills (Java, Jsp, JS, EJB, Web Services)
Unix Scripting skills
Working knowledge in APRM 7.5 product portfolio including APRM 7 and A&F 4.5

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Equivalent


Behavioral Competencies: Excellent Team player, Well organized, Flexible

Detailed Description:
Expert Focal Point on site for new APRM DMS and exsiting Interconnect and Roaming implementation (A&F, APRM)
Track and bring to quick resolution all issues, internal and integrative both operational and functional
Assure deliverables to the Customer according to procedure, in time and high quality
Analyze issues and clarify them with the customer, operational teams and testing teams
Actively participate in design sessions with the customer, design review, code review and documentation writing
Working in synergy with offshore teams
Build customer relationship meeting customer needs and priorities
