HELP DESK SUPPORT (Code: HS)
Responsibility
Responsible to support troubleshooting hardware (desktop & network) and day to day helpdesk support activities
Requirement
Male max 28 years old
Fresh graduate are welcome
Graduated from reputable university (PTN/PTS) in IT major with minimum GPA 2,80 (scale 4)
Capable to do troubleshooting matters especially in hardware (desktop) & notebook, WINXP/ Vista Office 2007, Network Cabling
Able to work under minimum supervision
Familiar with English minimum passive communication
Communicative, honest, loyal and supported to the work group circumstances
Willing to travel and able to work after office hour as required
