Job Description:
The responsibility of a Software Architect is to design and build software. A Software Architect has to be able to use his strong concept of programming to design system to meet user requirement. More of the responsibilities are such as creating framework to ease developer’s task, creating tools to fasten development process, designing ERD to fit business requirements, and technology research.


General Requirements:
Maximum age of 30
Attractive personality
Good interpersonal and communication, fun, and easy to get along with
Fresh graduate is welcome
Academic Requirements:
A minimum of Undergraduate (S-1) is required with a minimum IPK/GPA of 3
Graduate from a reputable university
Technical Requirements:
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology development environment (programming, database, etc)
Familiar with Java, C++, open source (database, Security system) is an advantage
Strong object oriented programming concept
Understand design patterns
Understand basic software architecture
Understand basic network architecture
Understand relational database & dimensional database concept
Understanding Web development concept
Understand software quality (scalability, reusability, robustness, etc)
Understand the concept of two and three-tier software architecture
Able to manage source code and versioning
Soft Skills Requirements:
Able to work under pressure
Strong logical thinking, fast learner
Able to come up with interesting ideas to further increase the performance of the team
Able to speak up ideas and explain works to colleagues
Able to defend the ideas and design proposed
Diligent and can do research quickly and accurately
High problem solving skill
