With Qualification:
S1 Graduate in any Major
Having Experience at least 1 years in Preparing Training for Company
Excellent presentation and training skills, particularly motivational and soft skill training.
Having relationship with IT, Banking/Finance, Telecommunication & Oil companies.
Having experience in dealing with External or Internal Customer or Vendor
Make sure that training will running at scheduled and as it hopes.
Make training plan and coordinate with head division for training needs.
Make training budget & training analysis
Make Training Report
