Lowongan Kerja IT Service Delivery Administrator

Responsibilities:


Maintain service delivery and compliance standards
Organize IT Department material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Maintain SDLC related records and files of work and revisions
Provide change management support and post implementation analysis

General Qualifications:
Male or Female, bachelor degree from related disciplines with good IT knowledge
Good documentation skill as well as analytical skill
A self-motivated, hard worker and good teamwork player
Mature personality with good communication/presentation skill
Excellent in spoken and written English
Willing to travel
Experience working in a team environment, capable of working multi tasking, work well under deadline pressure
One year experience in similar capacity; fresh graduates welcome to apply
Familiar with SDLC, ITIL, and ITSM framework
