PT Megaxus Infotech an online game publisher, looking for professional, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our team in a successful company for the position as :
IT SUPPORT / TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Information
- Technology/Computer Science
- Technically competent in Basic Networking, TCP/IP, Troubleshooting PC and Server, Windows 2003, IIS
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with an ISP or other such company associated with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- A level of Technical knowledge in the following areas:
- Mobile broadband modem / WiFi Router troubleshooting
- PC Desktop / Notebook troubleshooting
- Windows / Macintosh operating systems
- Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
- Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
- Experience in a customer facing/technical support help desk
- Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
