We are offering an exciting career opportunity in SE Asia for a System Support Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is an integral part of our existing 24 * 7 Customer Service Centre department.

SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER
If you are seeking to build a rewarding career and meet the following requirements:
Indonesian citizen
Has good aptitude for technical works.
Interest in multi-discipline role encompassing IT, mechanical and electrical.
Linux and electrical knowledge is an advantage.
Very good communication skills with very good command of written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
Regional travel required


Your role will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Part of existing support system providing mission-critical operational, maintenance and technical support either remotely or field services for customers all over the region.
Providing technical expertise in the field of IT, electrical and mechanical to effectively support all components of petroleum bulk depot Terminal Automation System (TAS)
Providing technical expertise in delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of IT sub-components of TAS for new SE Asia sites.
Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to in the interest of customer satisfaction and contractual obligation; and meeting the targeted Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Index objective
To liaise with third party product suppliers for system solutions encompassing third party products.
To contribute to marketing and customer liaison activities, by providing advice and assistance at a strategic technical level.
