IT STAFF
Requirement :
- Min.Diploma in Computing Science/IT or related
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience, but Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Fluent in verbal & written communication in English is a must. Mandarin language is a plus.
- Have good knowledge for web design and graphic design
- Have good knowledge and experience with troubleshoot Hardware software and networking(TCP/IP,DNS)
- Good working knowledge of the following operating systems: - Windows and Mac OS operating System
- Have good knowledge with windows server 2003 (active Directory, DNS,DHCP)
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player
- Possess positive personally, working attitude, customer-focused and CAN DO attitude.
Responsibilities :
Ascertain that all IT equipments; desktop, server, network, is function well
Help users to handle computer and peripheral problems
Arrange and documented inventory of PC and other IT equipments
