ICT APPLICATION SUPPORT
Jobdescription:

Has overall responsibility to control and support the ICT business application within the enterprise including but is not limited to the evaluation, implementation and training of new systems and progressive support for all assigned systems. Demonstrates and in-depth knowledge of business application.

Skills / Attributes Required :
University / Diploma degree in IT
4 years experience in similar position or Application Developer in any industry
Experience in programming & technical skill (SAP, ABAP, dotNet, Ajax, etc)
Having knowledge in database admin, ERP system admin, and technology (Unix, wireless, etc)
Having knowledge in providing middleware, interface, EDI to other system/partner
Preferably having knowledge in Datawarehouse/Business Intelligent
Must have positive attitude and be able to motivate staff in a positive manner



Duties and Responsibilities :

Management Duties:
Application Support
Consult the management in establishing an application strategy and selection
Configure and implement all software officially used in the
Company (including : training, test and simulation)
Provide technical guidance and user documentation
Application Development
Manages the installation, and support of network
communications, including LAN/WAN systems, branches connection.
Design user database and application (form, report, interface, data warehouse)
Develop operating and problem solving procedures
Build / construct / coding custom / ad-hoc made solutions of software
Service Provision
Manage delivery of IS/IT services delivered through internal or 3rd party teams.
Effective & optimize IT business process (resource deployment, vendor comparison, cost studies)
Website Update and web programming if necessary.
