Executive Chef – Local Hire Only (Indonesian)
Requirements :
- 2 or more years in similar position in 4 star HOTEL or RESORT
- Full responsibility for all aspects of kitchen department and reporting to the General Manager
- Lead the kitchen team and develop the team by providing them with training on culinary related matters
- Able to adapt to local cultures
- A self starter, outgoing, highly motivated, quality driven and initiative
- Posses and display a high degree of customer service focus
- Posses good leadership skills and team spirit
- Posses strong organizational skill and has ability to work under pressure
