Job Description
Supervising a department of three accounting staff, the accounting manager is responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial/managerial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis and written narratives, forecasting, cash/funds management, external audit, and internal controls. Additionally he or she will be responsible for administrative functions including, payroll, records management, documentation of procedures & processes and the application of policies and the adherence to all government and taxation filing requirements.


The candidates should have:
• public practice experience
• at least 3 years directly related work experience in the mining industry
• supervisory experience and can lead and coach junior accountants
• excellent oral and written English skills.
• experience in computerized accounting applications
• the ability to work under multiple pressures and to meet deadlines while producing a high-caliber of work on a consistent basis.
• strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS with the ability to apply that knowledge

Currently, GE Money Indonesia is looking for Fraud Application and Investigation Assistant Manager. The incumbent will be reporting directly to Fraud Risk Senior Manager and based in Jakarta.

1. Fraud Application Prevention and Investigation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities Summary :

* Manage, plan and controll the fraud prevention, investigation function (both for internal and external parties) and physical security services
* Responsible for fraud application detection system project, strategy implementation and capacity, e.g.: instinct
* Assists the leader in the investigation activities to prevent, detect and investigate all kinds of fraudulent activities
* Manage Investigation on fraud related case in order to minimize fraud losses rate and optimize recovery on the fraud cases
* Provide feed back and training to all related parties to build fraud awareness in every process

Position Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
* minimum 3 years experience in related area
* Experience in reviewing policy and procedure to be inline with group and local authority standard to minimize risk
* Experience to work in coordination with Indonesian Credit Card Association, District Attorney etc, in facilitating fraud resolution. Good Networking skill with external party especially with LEA
* Proficient in English (specially in English Writing) and computer literate is required
* Strong leadership, reporting, Negotiation and managerial skill is required
* Demonstrate a good analytical thinking, firm but tactful manner
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
* Strong Intuitive and Sense for fraud activity
* Investigation skill with related fraud investigation experience from 2-3 years


2. Risk Account Management - AVP

GE Money Indonesia is currently looking for Risk Account Management - AVP based in Jakarta and report to Chief Risk Officer.


Responsibilities Summary:

1.Develop and implement all unsecured portfolios account management strategies, such as: Line assignment, Line management, Authorization etc.
2.Analyzes performance based on the pre-design Risk controls within the product and proactively adjust risk strategy in underwriting or account maintenance policies.
3.Develops champion challenge to improve account management strategy and consistently monitor the performance of all tests. Implement successful test into main strategy.
4.Maintains card profiling based on regular performance reports; oversees for any shift happens and initiates changes for process improvements.
5.Translates monthly performance reports into business perspectives.


Qualifications/Requirements:

1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/Finance/Technical from reputable university.
2.Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in Risk area in Banking or Financing industry with 3 years in credit cards Risk Management.
3.Strong in analytical and problem solving capability.

Requirements:
* At least a Diploma of Science Degree in an Engineering
* At least 5 years of Oil & Gas facility experiences in a HSE Safety Officer role
* Minimum 5 years experiences in scaffolding construction activities in Oil & Gas industry
* Must have knowledge of applicable industrial HSE practices and regulations, and the ability to learn, implement and apply the company’s HSE standards and Practices
* Must have received formal training in construction safety management and must possess a valid certificate from recognized authority attesting to his safety training and qualifications.

* Reporting and monitoring of implementation of STOP, SOC, Health and Hygiene Inspection, incident investigation and resolution, Task Risk Assessment (TRA) etc
* Must possess the quality of character to notify to the Field Manager of problem that are known to exist and may be re occurring, and even to stop the work if necessary in order take corrective action
* The assessor should ascertain what duties have to be carried duty from the working platform.
* He should assure himself that scaffold is properly constructed, that is the right type for the planned duty, that it is the correct height, width and length and that the working platforms are correctly positioned.
* Working platforms comply with the various statutory regulation relevant cod, standard & specification and any local authority requirement
* Foundations are adequate, that they are not likely to be disturbed and that they are, and the lower portions of the scaffold are not liable to damage by interference, accident, traffic or any other cause.
* Scaffold is sufficiently & strongly designed and well enough constructed to carry the loads and that it is correctly tied, anchored and braced to have and maintain stability under load and environmental influences.
* Scaffold is not constructed in a way which can cause damage or injury to persons near the base of protruding tubes, low read room, etc.
