Business Development Manager (Senior Level)
HR Outsourcing / IT Consulting foreign company
Our client has well established business overseas and would like to bring its business models to Indonesia in areas of banking / manufacturing . The candidate will play a lead role to head the business development and obtain clients
Responsibilities :
Initiate HR outsourcing and IT Consulting Business opportunities and to take the initiative for marketing / business development
Identify & evaluate specific new business opportunities in governmental and private sectors
Implement and manage sales and new business strategies and tactics to achieve aggressive sales and business development goals
Identify, build, and manage long term relationship with strategic clients in government and private sectors, initiate proposals, presentations, negotiations, and executions for the acquisition of new business
Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills in English / local language
Have 5 - 7 years working experience in IT and /or HR outsourcing consulting companies as Head or GM for the business would be very useful)
Experience in Marketing or Services Industry with a stint of consulting industry
Familiar in IT industry – focus will be more on marketing and not technical knowledge of IT .
Having knowledge of human capital and/ or HR Outsourcing
Has a good network in major industry such as telecomunication, oil & gas, and banking
Good in details and analytical thinking
Computer literate (MS Office and other application will an advantage)
Good leadership, Interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, Energetic, Friendly, Independent, Can work as a team and Decision making
