Production Manager Assistant (Bandung Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- To support product design R and D Admin, production scheduling, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with those of other departments.
- To support coordination of the resources and activities required producing goods throughout important vendors.
- To support product design R and D, production scheduling, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with those of other departments.
- To monitor, maintain and improve the established product standards.
- To maintain inventories at their optimal level and accurately determining the inventory level is necessary to sustain production is vital to a firm's operation.
- To work closely with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and traffic to plan and implement companies' goals, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial technology.
- Minimum 5+ years direct experience in manufacturing industry
- Possess production hands-on experience in production line planning& logistics, production control, input / output balancing, cycle time management.
- Good analytical skills, knowledge in problem solving tools.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
- Well versed in Microsoft application.
