HRBP OPERATIONS OFFICER – Jawa Timur
Qualification Experience:
- Having 3 years related experience preferably in Training area of FMCG industries.
- Have knowledge on training need analysis, training methodologies, recruitment selection, and also on training effectiveness evaluation.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale Male/Female, not older than 30 years old.
- Posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
WAREHOUSE OFFICER (Sunter, Bekasi, Jogja, Bali)
Qualification Experience:
- Having 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Warehouse Warehouse or equivalent.
- Min Diploma in any field.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
PRINTING SECTION HEAD – Jawa Timur – Malang
Qualification Experience:
- Having 1 year of proven and successful experience in related fields with in FMCG
- Company will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Fresh graduate with GPA min 3.00 are welcome
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible to coordinate production process at Printing Production (Flexo Section) liasing with NTM Development Team & other functios to bring process improvement, to improve productivity & efficiency, to prepare and coordinate budget realization, to ensure work processes aligned with EHS standart and ISO Standart
