Responsibilities:

* Collect and summarize various data periodically (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) on the progress of the field construction work of each work category, manpower mobilization, materials delivery, construction equipment mobilization, engineering documentation and other construction related activities


* Monitor the progress and productivity of the construction activities and other related activities in reference to the various latest detailed construction schedules and report to the Senior Schedule Controller on any discrepancy found between the actual and scheduled progresses.
* Analyze the schedule data collected according to the procedure and method established by the Schedule Control manager.


* Perform, other than all the above, whatever duties entrusted in respect of the construction schedule control work.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.

Business Development Manager (Ref: EP0904474)

Responsibilities:

* To ensure, in accordance with Corporate Guidelines and Standards and Company procedures, the preparation and presentation of necessary pre-qualifications for tendering and / or for the acquisition of projects.
* Responsible for developing new business relationships and generating new income for vessel services.
* Sales target for Chartered vessels to exceed 280 days per calendar year at viable margins.
* Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
* To ensure the analysis of Tender documents in detail, assisted by the Proposals Co-ordinator and Legal Department in order to define / clarify the criteria to follow in preparing the bid.
* Responsible for business development initiatives including negotiations with clients concerning the definition of contracts.
* To ensure that Bids conform to the Client’s requirements, such as all Commercial aspects, technical aspects including all document, data and information demonstrating the Company’s ability to undertake the specific project.
* To provide the Client with all clarification and further information required for a better evaluation of the Bid.
* In accordance with Corporate Guidelines and Standards to ensure that risks and opportunities analysis is correctly applied.
* To co-operate with Operations during project execution, providing assistance in the interpretation of contract clauses and obtaining feedback on relevant operational issues aiming to improve the quality of future bids.
* To oversee initial projects revenue / costs control and the preparation of initial project revenue / cost reports.
* To collaborate with Corporate functions and internal departments in identification of suitable research activities which support approved business development strategies.
* To ensure and monitor the Company’s promotional activities within the related business areas, in accordance with Company policies and procedures, promoting the wider consideration of the parent Group strategy as directed through the Company.
* To ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective Marketing Information Systems within the Company developing Marketing Strategies which will enable the Company to gain sustainable competitive advantage.
* To ensure, in accordance with the parent Group Strategic Business Development Department, the development activities of the Company required by the Corporate Standards.
* To liaise with the Proposals Department activities and to ensure proper co-ordination between the proposal team and commercial and business development team.
* Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company’s Integrated Management System.

Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a University education and training to degree level in Quantity Surveying, Contract Law, Business Management
o Minimum of five years’ experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrol Chemical Industry in similar position relating to Commercial and Contractual matters.
o Applicants should be Singaporean or hold relevant residence status.
