Lowongan IT CRM Executive
Responsibilities :

Establish and manage functionality deliverables from Vendor
Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services covering system application development and management for core business and management support units.
Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address end to end IT application system requirements
Perform project management functions for the development, provisioning , and implementation of applications systems
Analyse front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
Perform gap analysis between package delivered functionality and client's requirements
Map client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying creative work around when necessary or customizations/custom development
Requirement :
Min Technical Bachelor Degree (IT / Telecommunication)
Having Siebel (eCommunication) experience minimum 2 years as developer and business analyst
Experience in Siebel CRM implementation and/or operational (min 1 year)
Strong exposure to Oracle database and PL/SQL
Strong exposure of Java and Integration middle ware (i.e. webmethod)
