Responsibilities :

• Controlling functions, like budgeting & rolling forecasting
• Accounting functions, like invoicing, account receivable, account payable, financial reports
• Treasury functions, like cashier, petty cash, bank, collections, payments, remuneration
• Tax functions, like planning, reporting
• You don't need to master all of these functions, but basic awareness would be an advantage
• You are very allowed to learn here, remember that you will be kindly trained directly by our CFO

Requirements :

• Female 21-27 years old
• Minimum S1, majoring in Accounting, Tax or Financial Management
• With 1 year experience in finance & accounting roles or accounting firm, but fresh graduate will be considered
• Basic awareness of the taxation rules & procedures
• Excellent power users of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent in other Microsoft Office (like Word and PowerPoint)
• Can join our team immediately
• Attitude: Fun & a little weird, consistent, detail-oriented, mature & has service-attitude

Info Lowongan Kerja 2012 Bandung Jawa Barat Production Manager Assistant PT Mitra Putra Perkasa, We are a European travel gear/luggage manufacturing company with R and D division based in Bandung – Indonesia looking for highly motivated individuals looking to further develop their career.

Production Manager Assistant (Bandung Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• To support product design R and D Admin, production scheduling, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with those of other departments.
• To support coordination of the resources and activities required producing goods throughout important vendors.
• To support product design R and D, production scheduling, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with those of other departments.
• To monitor, maintain and improve the established product standards.
• To maintain inventories at their optimal level and accurately determining the inventory level is necessary to sustain production is vital to a firm's operation.
• To work closely with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and traffic to plan and implement companies' goals, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Industrial technology.
• Minimum 5+ years direct experience in manufacturing industry
• Possess production hands-on experience in production line planning& logistics, production control, input / output balancing, cycle time management.
• Good analytical skills, knowledge in problem solving tools.
• Excellent command of English written and spoken.
• Well versed in Microsoft application.
