ACCOUNT OFFICER (Info Lowongan Kerja SEMARANG, SURABAYA)
Qualification & Experience:

Have 2 years work experience as an Account Officer, preferably associated with the microfinance/SME

Used to work with financial target as a Key Performance Indicator: Loan Portfolio, Fee Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and Audit Rating

Able to demonstrate success in developing new customer base

Have good communication skills, particularly in terms of selling banking products

Bachelor degree S1 any major from reputable universities

Having a good knowledge of banking products

Have good analytical skills, particularly in interpreting all forms of financial data including cash flow with sound and profound credit risk assessment skill

Hard workers, able to work in teams

Have a good market portfolio and data base

Willing to travel

FUNDING OFFICER (JAKARTA, DENPASAR, SURABAYA)
Qualification & Experience:

Having 2 years of experience in a funding unit within a bank, preferably associated with the microfinance/SME

Having good relationship & networking with local business players

Able to demonstrate success in developing new customer base

Bachelor Degree of any disciplines

Proven record of achieving financial targets

Motivated to achieve performance and incentive targets

Strong relationships & networking with local institutions, senior business people, and individuals

Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team orientation

Willing to work under pressure

BUSINESS OFFICER (SURABAYA)
Qualification & Experience:

Having 1 year of working experience in sales an account acquisition and management for banking or financial services.

Willing to travel, aggressive, warm and positive personality.

Experience in supporting and marketing programs planning and execution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Possess verbal and written English communication skills.

Knowledge of electronic banking and payments is an advantage

Survey and Design Engineer


Job Responsibilities:
Installation and supervision management
Surveying and clarifying about the equipment’s selection/proposal and make a survey reportt as the result to guide installation and sent to HQ to smoothen the delivery of materials.
Analyse and feedback the site damage condition during site survey to help solve any risk in advance.
Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the project team to avoid some lack material which is needed in installation.
Preparing the information of on-site requirement by making the report for customer which is contained of Layout, photos, explanation, scan memo (Minutes of Meeting), etc.
Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following the SOP (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team.
Training subcontractor to improve them ability and skill in Survey&Design work.
Make revision on the site design drawing
Assist Project teams while sites construction works.
To have trouble shooting when necessary and technical support
Have Site installation or Survey and design work experience more better.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above with technical background
Have an experience at least two year or more in telecommunication industry or Survey&Design work
Willing to travel
Able to draw in AutoCAD
Ensuring the design quality
Being familiar and have experience in TE/Civil drawing
Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party subcontractor or supplier.
Ability to under pressure, team work, out side city and have high responsibility
