Have 2 years work experience as an Account Officer,
preferably associated with the microfinance/SME
Used to work with financial target as a Key Performance
Indicator: Loan Portfolio, Fee Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and
Audit Rating
Able to demonstrate success in developing new customer base
Have good communication skills, particularly in terms of
selling banking products
Bachelor degree S1 any major from reputable universities
Having a good knowledge of banking products
Have good analytical skills, particularly in interpreting
all forms of financial data including cash flow with sound and profound credit
risk assessment skill
Hard workers, able to work in teams
Have a good market portfolio and data base
Willing to travel
FUNDING OFFICER (JAKARTA,

Having 2 years of experience in a funding unit within a
bank, preferably associated with the microfinance/SME
Having good relationship & networking with local
business players
Able to demonstrate success in developing new customer base
Bachelor Degree of any disciplines
Proven record of achieving financial targets
Motivated to achieve performance and incentive targets
Strong relationships & networking with local
institutions, senior business people, and individuals
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and
leadership skills, team orientation
Willing to work under pressure
BUSINESS OFFICER (SURABAYA)

Having 1 year of working experience in sales an account
acquisition and management for banking or financial services.
Willing to travel, aggressive, warm and positive
personality.
Experience in supporting and marketing programs planning and
execution.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Possess verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of electronic banking and payments is an advantage
