LOWONGAN NOC SURVEILLANCE ENGINEER
Job Description
Responsible to manage day to day surveillance activity in network operation centre.
Required to work in shift operation.
Support configuration management and implement configuration data changes for network resource.
Trainings in configuration management and database changes will be provided to incumbent
Responsible for trouble ticket escalation and work order assignment.
EMS/NMS administration and acknowledgement of network alarms.
Ensure alarms threshold and escalate to relevant parties to act on corrective of alarms detected.
Conduct first level diagnostic in isolating and identifying fault location before escalating to field support team.
Classify type of faults based on severity of the problem.
Support in generating network performance reports related to core and radio access network
Responsible on surveillance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, IN, CRBT, Transmission, RF and other VAS nodes.
Areas of responsibility in network media will be assigned according to job responsibility (I.e. Tansmission, Radio and Core respectively). Training in respective job scope will be provided.
Support Network performance analysis and fault reporting.
Requirements
Above one (1) years of working experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably experience in operation of network operation/monitoring/surveillance centre.
Candidate with other relevant experience is encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge in Access, Core and Transport Networks.
Relevant trainings will be provided to candidates

Able to work as a member of team and lead subordinate staff
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Detailed Description:
Expert Focal Point on site for new APRM DMS and existing Interconnect and roaming implementation (A&F, APRM)
Track and bring to quick resolution all issues, Internal and Integrative both operational and functional
Assure deliverables to the Customer according to procedure, in time and in high quality
Analyse issues and clarify them with the customer, operational teams and testing teams
Actively participate in design sessions with the customer and team mates, design review, code review and documentation writing
Working in synergy with offshore teams
Build customer relationship meeting customer needs and priorities
Technical Skills:
Strong communication skills combined with strong customer facing capabilities is a key requirement for this position
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN APRM IS A MUST
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work in demanding multi tasking and multicultural environment
Knowledge of using and maintaning application tools
Telco industry experience
Knowledge in C, UNIX/scripting, PL/SQL
Knowledge in using TOAD, writing SQL queries
Strong J2EE skills (Java, Jsp, EJB, Web Services)
Experience in Amdocs Environments Infrastructure
Unix Scripting skills
Working knowledge in Amdocs APRM 7.5 product portfolio including APRM 7 and A&F
Excellent team player, Well organized, Flexible
Qualifications:
