Requirements :
Male, Age max. 27 years old
Minimum Diploma degree (D 3) in Electronical Engineering or Information Technical (Especially graduates from Bina Nusantara and Guna Darma)
Height min. 170 cm
Must have valid driving license (A & C ) and good knowledge of Jabotabek area
Preferably having proficiency in English
Willing to work hard & under pressure
Good Health ( not wearing a glasses )

Role:
Lead our implementation team on our projects
Maintain support services to our clients
Proficiency:
Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
MSSQL Server 2008, Analysis and Reporting Services
Microsoft Certification is a Plus
Deep understanding on Financial Management and Inventory System
Deep understanding on Accounting and Business Process
General Requirements:
Prior exposure to Project Management is required
Experiences in managing implementation of an ERP system are a plus
Basic understanding of financial budgeting and spending tracking in project context is required
Basic understanding on Windows platform mechanism
Fair knowledge on Networking, PC Hardware and related equipments
Capable of multi-tasking, and time management
Ability and discipline to work with minimal supervision/control-line management will not always be in the same location
Ability to communicate well in both Indonesian and English, verbal and writing
Fresh graduate will be considered with submission of portfolios or sample programs with source code included (CPG and WPG)

Lowongan Kerja System Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain, test, and monitor business applications, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
Analyze business process and gather potential business benefits
Ensure that project deliverables meet users’ requirement and expectations
Monitor the business benefit in order to realize process improvements
Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance to standard methodology and follow the best practice
Maintain business production system (applications, interfaces, workflow, alert, etc.) to support the availability and continuity of business operation
Monitor the business production system performance to ensure user/customer satisfaction
Follow up and resolve user request and issue from assignment to completion
Provide business process consultancy to the business users in order to seek for better business solution
Train users to work with computer systems and applications
Maintain and document user profile/authorization with regard to IT business applications
Perform necessary user account review with respect to employee mutation or resignation
Ensure new application developed is compatible with the existing infrastructure
Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system, also liaise with system administrator for verification
Qualifications:
Business analytical and logical/firm judgment
Strong business process knowledge (ERP, CRM)
.NET is essential
Self-motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
Good problem solving skills
Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential
English is mandatory
Mandarin would be an advantage
