Requirements :
Male, max 30 years old
Diploma/Degree in Mgmt Information System/Information Technology/Programming
Min 2-3 years experience in office IT management
Strong knowledge of office IT infrastructure, server and client administration & configuration
Familiar with Windows Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 2003 server, Windows 2000 server, Windows NT4 server, Windows XP Pro, Windows 98 etc)
Required skill(s): MS Office, Open Office, VBScript, Java language, Linux, Ms SQL, Norton Antivirus, Firewall, MDaemons or equivalent mail router software, php.
Able to make & manage system documentations and inventories
Team player and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
Must be conscientious, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
Must be able to work under stress and meet time deadlines
Have good management & coordination skills
Possess own transport
Domicile in Cikarang area


Responsibilities:
Coordinate and set-up support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and servers in the company
Manage local area network LAN and internet support
Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users
Involved in the company new system implementation as well as provide user training to the end-user
Provide support for in-house application system and software upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems

Able to use MS Office especially MS Access database
Minimal work experience 2 years
Able to work in team
Able to work under pressure and ready to work over time

ASSOCIATE MARKETING RESEARCH ANALYST - PERIPHERALS

IDC Indonesia has a vacancy for Associate Market Research Analyst – Peripherals, based in Jakarta. The successful incumbent will support country analysts in peripherals industry research. The successful applicant will be meticulous, team-oriented, and exhibit an eager-to-learn attitude.

Reporting to the Associate Research Director - Peripherals, the primary responsibilities of this position include:
Quarterly submission of tracking reports to Asia Pacific team
Work closely with Malaysia and Indonesia analysts to understand the dynamics of the market
Participate in local consulting engagement
Establish and build long term business relationship with contacts in Indonesia
Interested individuals that meet the following minimum requirements are encouraged to apply:
Individuals with a minimum 2 years job experience in the Peripherals will be an advantage
Strong data management and analyzing skills
Strong, demonstrated skills in MS Excel (especially pivot tables and formulas), as well as Word and PowerPoint
Good understanding of trading business
Good client management and interviewing skills
Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, able to adjust to rapidly changing workloads, and be able to work both independently, and as a team. Inquisitive individuals with problem-solving skills will also fare well in this environment.
