Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical or other related field of study from reputable University.
Min. 5 years working experiences in TELECOMMUNICATION INDUSTRY or related fields, specially in Maintenance .
Male min 35 years old
Excellent communications skill both verbal and written in English.
Excellent work management skills and leadership skills.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SKILLS
Able to working under pressure.
Job Description
Overall responsibility for MAINTENANCE activities.
Develop integrated MAINTENANCE plan, implementation schedule, cost estimation, and manpower management.
Supervise ongoing MAINTENANCE implementation to meet deadline, budget control and quality excellence.
Control and monitoring project cost.
Manage contractors and in-house team during implementation phase to ensure the project can be completed within schedule and budget.
Responsible for all project documentation to ensure complete and well-manage certification.
Coordinate with related department to ensure a smooth running of the MAINTENANCE.

Lowongan Kerja Risk Assurance Specialist (Business Continuity Management)

Responsibilities :
- Establish business continuity management framework and facilitate business continuity plan with respective parties in charged to ensure the company has:
- Promote awareness of risk management culture in securing critical system, assets, and processes within the company’s lines of business.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and the efficiency of business continuity management model through simulation/drill exercises and regular audit to give proper feedback on the policy and process improvement to ensure business continuity policy, plan, strategy, and implementation are effective and synergized.
- Establish business continuity management assistantship and key improvement initiatives to optimize company’s quality environment and to reduce the company’s major risk from major disruptions.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree major in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication), Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, IT, Mathematics or Physics.
Minimum 5 years of working experience and exposure in business continuity management knowledge.
Holding ABCP/CFCP/CBCP/MBCP certification is an advantage
Familiar with BS 25999 framework and methodology for Business Continuity.
Familiar with risk management, corporate governance framework and financial analysis.
Have good knowledge in auditing mechanism and framework and basic knowledge in information security management.
Familiar with process development: method and procedures, quality assurance principle and its measurement.
Excellent integrity, team work, proactive, creative, able adapt dynamic environment, leadership, communication, presentation, and report writing.
Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.
