Requirements :

• Male, age min 25 years old and max 35 years old,
• Min Diploma Degree (D3) in Telecommunication / Electrical Engineering /
• Polytechnics.
• Min 2 years experiences in Telecommunication, Drive Testing / RF and Optimization.
• Have good knowledge in GSM / CDMA / WCDMA / 3G and Network design.
• Familiar with Drive Test Tools ; TEMS, NEMO, Site Master, MapInfo, MCOM, GPS.
• Have a strong knowledge of RF optimization procedure, system parameters and access media functionalities and configurations, Microwave elements, BTS system, Rectifier and Wireless.
• Fluent in English, computer literate, strong analytical and technical skill in preparing report.
• Self-motivated, hard work under pressure, a good team player, customer satisfaction orientation.
• Willing to travel to all around lndonesia.
• Have own vehicle.

Main Responsibilities :
Drive Test analysis and reporting.
Statistical analysis and maintain KPls.
Cluster acceptance testing.
Network problem trouble shooting,
Customer complaints resolutions.

• Experience min 2 years in managing key account telco product and must have a good networkwith Cellular operator.
• Attractive, energetic, target driven, mature and have a leadership skills, self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and in work team, working hard and under pressure.
• Have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skill, customer oriented, have a good strategy for sales penetration.
• Have a good experience for entering the project tender including all the administration and documentation matters.
• Fluent in English and computer skill.
• Willing to travel all around lndonesia.
• Have on vehicle.

Main Responsibilities :
ldentify market potential and qualifying accounts in Telco field.
Collect and analyze market information : plan, organize and implementation project.
Build up an effective marketing team and responsible to manage the account in order to achieve Sales Department target, account penetration customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsible for overall relationship and maintain good rapport with operators and vendors.
Analyze project proposal, prepare tender documentation & administration, follow up invoice payment.

PROGRAMMER

Requirements :

• Male/female, with age : 23-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
• Min. 3 years experience in related field and capability, preferable in IT Consulting Firm
• Understand Object-Oriented Programming concept very well
• Hands-on experience in Java (J2SE and J2EE) and standard API such as: Log4J, Java Collection Framework, Thread Programming, Servlet, EJB (Session & Entity)
• Familiar with OO Design Pattern, can explain minimum 3 common patterns used in enterprise software design
• Hands-on experience in Database programming (JDBC) with database product : MS-SQL, Oracle
• Well-versed in writing technical documentations
• Hands-on experience in Spring, Hibernate or other persistence framework is a plus
• Team player, able to lead a team, customer oriented and able to deliver within deadline

Responsibilities :
Able to design and develop program application
Do the program trial test and provide technical expertise in software development
Participate in requirement gathering and documentation
