Job Descriptions:
Generate a fast growth of brand volume with a strong communication & positioning foundation and managing the brand monthly budgeting
Preparing and implementing marketing programs based on yearly budget
Evaluating sales achievement on products, marketing programs, and product availabilities
Preparing marketing intelligent or research on new products or competitor’s products
Building a good relationship to key account outlets
Presenting product knowledge training to sales team
Leading operational team on below the line programs implementation
Presenting marketing plan and branding management to principle
Conduct sales presentations, prepare business correspondence, develop proposals, execute contracts, prepare revenue analysis reports
To establish and manage relationship in BRAND corporation
To achieve main target sales and market share
To develop selling strategy to corporation customers
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business management or marketing
Having working experiences in relationships management or account management (minimum 2 years)
Understanding of IT and networks (modern or traditional market)
Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition)
Has to have a good and deep understanding of the market as well as competitors’ performance. Responsible in providing a regular update of market analysis and brand performance
Good command of English both written and spoken (mandarin more be liked)
A proficiency or aptitude with personal computer on basic application such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is essential.
Having pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Able to work in the under-pressure working condition
Potential leadership with ability to manage group and people
Enthusiastic, fast Learner, team player, self motivated

Lowongan Kerja System Engineer
Scope :
Work in a system integrator environment
Manage projects and liaise with customers during deployment and support
Analyze customers’ IT infrastructure needs and propose suitable solutions.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory, firewall,Windows /Linux , clustering, NAS, SAN
Deploy and support web, email, DB, App, AD, DNS, DHCP and Citrix servers if needed
Deploy and support anti-virus, anti-spam, backup and DR software or appliances if needed
Prepare project plan, system diagram and documents
Coordinate with vendors for product.
Qualification :
Degree or diploma in IT related field
Minimum 2-4 years of working experience
Understand data centre operations and server virtualization
Able to set up and support Windows or Linux servers
Familiar with VPN, VLAN, SSL, RADIUS, LDAP
CCNA and MCSE preferred
Good command of English
Fast learner, good leadership skills and team work
