JOB IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT



JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an IT Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing support for desktop operations and local site server systems.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
You will have minimum 5+ years business support experience in a Microsoft / IBM environment.
Your skill set for the role should include the following: Networking, TCP/IP , Windows 2003 (2008), Windows XP & 7, MS Office 2003-2010, Lotus
Notes & Domino, Exchange 2003-2010, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Anti Virus, Anti-Spam, Backup Exec, PC/Server Hardware, Virtualization, Site to Site VPN, Cisco: switches, routers; HP & Dell Server, HP & Dell Desktop, HP Printer, etc.
IT certification would be an advantage
Good English skills both written and verbal
Having experience in implementing the Global ERP system would be an advantage

YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH:
Managing the day-to-day priorities of work set by the local Manager
Managing the day-to-day priorities of work set by the APAC Regional Manager / Director
Acting as the first point of escalation for staff issues
Managing new projects and existing technical infrastructure
Software licensing
In addition to contributing towards the maintenance of appropriate disaster recovery procedures, you will perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software. You will also be responsible for the configuration, installation and deployment of all PCs and PC related peripherals.
Additionally, you must be flexible with a willingness to travel abroad
You must also live within a commutable distance

SOFTWARE ENGINEERS (5 positions available immediately at Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

Participate as part of the team in application development life cycle
The Candidate is required to develop and support in-house products.
Produce technical documentation.
Provide effective maintenance and support services to the clients using in-house products.
Be highly responsive to the dynamic nature of the Company's business environment and possess ability to respond promptly against any critical issues relating to the Company's supported systems at all times.
To research on new technologies to create more innovative products
Requirements :

Degree in Computer Science or IT Diploma or equivalent in experience
Fresh IT graduates are also encouraged to apply
Positions are opened from Programmer level till Team Lead level
Project Lead positions are also available
Exposure in Banking System is an advantage
Candidates will be deployed to develop and enhance Credit Card Management Solution, Cheque Truncation Solution, Trade Finance solution and Regulatory Compliances solution for Banking and Securities industry
Experience or exposure in Java (J2SE/J2EE) and C programming is preferable
