IT-EUS/Helpdesk Associate
The selected candidate will be responsible to manage and solve daily trouble-shooting. He must have a basic-intermediate knowledge and skills at computer hardware (such as: service and fix basic computer hardware, replace broken parts with new parts, network cabling connection support, maintain network printer setup in user’s computer, software support) and computer software (such as: Microsoft product (MS Windows XP, Server 2003, Office 2003 and groove, Lotus Notes email system, basic networking for LAN/WAN (TCP/IP, IP routing, ect.)). The role requires liaising with all professional and other core business support in the execution of all activities. The position will be based in Jakarta. He will report to our IT-EUS Manager directly.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with a major in Information Technology and Engineering or any other disciplines from a reputable University. Experience in IT helpdesk/support will be advantageous.
Good communication, analytical and administration skills and the ability to work under pressure are considered key attributes for this position.
In addition, the ideal candidate should have the following general qualifications:
Fluency in English is mandatory. You should be proactive; a self-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude; strong interpersonal skills; discipline; user support-oriented and willing to learn.
