Requirements:
* Male/Female, max 30 years old
* At least a Bachelor degree in computer-related field (computer science/programming)
* Advanced knowledge of standards-based XHTML and CSS coding
* Familiar with several programming languages include XML, SQL, PHP, VB, Perl, ASP, Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++, as well as combinations of languages such as AJAX
* Knowledge in CMS (Joomla and Joomla extension programming)
* Work in several development frameworks including .NET, Ruby on Rails, Smarty and PEAR
* Work with a variety of database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access. Work within a variety of database frameworks including ODBC and ADO
* Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming-related systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining programs
* Experience with both Microsoft and Linux operating systems
* At least 3 years experience
* Advanced database concepts


Web Analyst Developers

Requirements:
* Male/Female, max 30 years old
* Excellent understanding of relational databases, data warehousing and website technology
* Experience with web analytics/CRM tools such as: Omniture, Epiphany, WebSideStory, Urchin, WebTrends, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, ClickTracks, FireClick, etc…..
* Expertise with BI tools such as Brio, Business Objects, Microstrategy and Cognos, with experience writing and turning SQL queries in online or offline environment
* Expert at Excel, strong skills with MS Access and Office
* Mid-level expertise in SEM/PPC, SEO and Online Campaign strategies
* Good at mathematics and statistics
* Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestions for improving processes
