PT Megaxus Infotech an online game publisher, looking for professional, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our team in a successful company for the position as :

IT SUPPORT / TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Information
• Technology/Computer Science
• Technically competent in Basic Networking, TCP/IP, Troubleshooting PC and Server, Windows 2003, IIS
• A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with an ISP or other such company associated with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• A level of Technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Mobile broadband modem / WiFi Router troubleshooting
• PC Desktop / Notebook troubleshooting
• Windows / Macintosh operating systems
• Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
• Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
• Experience in a customer facing/technical support help desk
• Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
