Experience:

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS
Strong knowledge of local tax laws
Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential and experience in Great Plains would be desirable
Proficient in speaking and writing both English and Bahasa Indonesia

ACCOUNTANT, requirement :

  • 3 years working experience in Accountant position or related job
  • 5 years experience in accountant For Diploma,
  • Having knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Report, Cost Accounting, Accounting System & Procedure.
  • Knowledge in the areas of finance and accounting development and documentation.
  • Graduate Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Be able to work with Microsoft Office
  • Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Sudirman area)

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in Accounting
* Min 28 years old, Male / Female
* Having at least 5 (five) years experiences in handling accounting responsibilities with 1 (one year experience at a similar level)
* Experiences in insurance industry will be an advantage.
* Sound knowledge of financial and statutory reporting as required by regulator
* Good knowledge in Tax
* Fluent in English (oral and written)
* Possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
* Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in team

Responsibilities:

* Checks all general ledger entries as well as adjusting entries.
* Checks monthly trial balances and supporting schedules.
* Prepare monthly financial statement (per total company and syariah branch)
* Ensures that tax payments are accurate and filed on time.
* Ensures that all required reports by regulator are submitted timely and accurately
* Prepares management reports as requested by local management and headquarter Updates accounting manual and policy (if any)
* Helps to monitor per department monthly budget.
* Prepares comparison of current years actual expenses against submitted budget.
* Manage, develop & evaluate subordinate as per PMS process
